All my recipes are grain-free and legume-free and made with real food ingredients. They are all Paleo, however some may include grass fed dairy. Paleo is an amazing way to help eradicate disease such as anxiety, depression, heart concerns, autoimmune, diabetes, hormone imbalance, digestive disorders, cancer and other imbalances.
These diseases/imbalances have root causes in common; including gut irritation, high baseline inflammation and insulin sensitivity problems. Again, Paleo helps to heal these!
It is always my highest recommendation to buy local, grass-fed, grass finished meat-poultry and dairy, free range, organic food and wild caught fish and seafood. Enjoy…
