Are you ready for a fresh new year and decade?! Are you ready to achieve and sustain your health and wellness goals? I've been posting on my miracle mornings lately, and am receiving lots of great feedback!
They really make a huge impact of my emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of my entire day.
Here is a glimpse into what I do …
1.) Dry Skin Brushing, check them out.
I do this right in the shower, in the water, starting with my extremities and working towards my heart.
2.) Foot Pumice Scrubbing, check them out.
I also pumice my feet in the shower, I literally have new soles. This is an excellent way for your body to be able to remove toxins and help your lymphatic system function optimally.
3.) Boost Mitochondria and Endurance with this shake I make.
I drink this in the morning or afternoon outside of my high fat and high protein breakfast (usually eggs and bacon with lots of grass fed butter and sea salt and white pepper) to help turn me into super woman!
4.) Coffee Enemas.
These will change your entire life. They help purge liver and bowel toxins and help release glutathione, your master anti-oxidant. You will have more mental clarity, boosted mood and natural energy. Read more on enemas and all my lymph therapies.
5.) Rebounding for about 10 minutes, check them out.
I do this right before my showers in the a.m.
I apply essential oils to my throat and crown chakras, usually just 2-3 drops does the trick.
Right now I'm really into valor (confidence, spine support & grounding) and juvaflex (liver detox). These are the oils I use to help support my immune system, hormones, digestion, energy and help elevate my mood.
7.) Bug Detox.
I work to help detox parasites, biofilm, retroviruses, liver/gallbladder and modulate anything bowel related. Microbe Formulas products are amazing, I personally take TUDCA +, Lymph Support and Para 1 daily.
8.) My Bed Grounding Mat.
With Ultimate Longevity's grounding bed mat, your sleep and biochemistry will be forever changed, I can strongly attest to that. Ever since I have been sleeping on my UL bed mat, I have had the deepest delta REM sleep of my four decades on this planet.
9.) Mindful Movement.
I hit the gym 5-6 days a week. I focus on strength training and deep stretching and I also incorporate yoga about 4-6x week and focus on hip opening exercises for better posture.
10.) Targeted Nutrition.
I stick to a paleo/keto and since August 2019 more carnivore-esq diet & very low oxalate diet. This has helped keep all things in balance for me and it helps feed my hormones, mental cognition and my energy is boundless.
I hope these tips I use to help make miracle mornings for myself are helpful. I actually do them out of necessity to help me thrive.
