Paleo Cream of Celery Soup
A paleo non-dairy creamy soup that is nourishing for the gut.
Recipe type: Soup
  • 6 cups chicken stock/broth or filtered water
  • ½ head of cauliflower or 2 bags of frozen
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1 bundle of scallions
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 tsp turmeric
  • 2 pressed cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add all your ingredients except the turmeric, parsley and garlic to your stock pan and boil until tender.
  2. Then carefully transfer to your vitamix or blender.
  3. Add your parsley.
  4. Puree until smooth.
  5. Place soup back in to stock pot on low, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add turmeric, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
This soup always seems to taste even better on day two and three if it lasts that long.
