Homemade Pain Relief Spray
 
 
Whether you're experiencing migraines, PMS cramps, stress headaches, joint pain, car or sports injury or fibromyalgia, these pains can interfere with our life and make us lose our sense of self. When you're in pain, you want relief, One of the most effective and invigorating ways to combat pain is with the application of essential oils.

Ingredients
  • 2 drops of Helichrysum
  • 2 drops of Wintergreen
  • 2 drops of Peppermint
  • 2 drops of Panaway
  • 2 drops of Lavender
  • Fill the rest of the bottle up with Magnesium oil
Instructions
  1. Place the appropriate drops of essential oils in a 4 oz. glass spray bottle
  2. Fill the rest of the bottle up carefully with the Mg oil
  3. Place lid on spray bottle tightly
  4. Shake bottle
  5. Spray on body. You may feel a slight tingle that should go away, but you can wipe off with wet cloth. You can also spray on the bottom of your feet, if you don't like the tingle effect. This will still create a whole body pain relief effect.
Notes
Do not spray on open cuts or sores as it will tingle and possibly even feel like it's burning.
