Simple Salmon Salad
Enjoy this simple yet classic salmon salad.

  • 1 wild caught salmon patty
  • 2 cups organic greens (I used spinach)
  • ⅓ cup almonds
  • 2 Tablespoon of a beet chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons diced green scallions
  • ⅓ cup grated or cubed cheese of choice, if you can tolerate dairy (I used raw cheddar)
  • A couple of lemon wedges
  • Dressing: olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sea salt - that's it, nice and simple!
  1. Grill or pan fry your salmon patty. Cook to desired temp (I like mine med rare). I like to use lots of fresh lemon juice and dill weed on mine.
  2. Arrange greens and other ingredients in bowl on a plate
  3. Add your salmon patty
  4. Add dressing and toss
  5. Enjoy!
