Paleo Nut Butter and Jelly Protein Bars
PB & J protein bars
Recipe type: Snacks
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together well. You may need to chop up the berries and avocado with the spoon.
  3. Place onto parchment paper or into a muffin tin. Mold into bars, cookies or any shape you'd like.
  4. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
  5. Let cool then enjoy!
These are perfect for kids or adults for a hearty snack.
