Creamy Dreamy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Paleo spinach artichoke dip.

  • 1 bag or box of frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1, 14 ounce can or jar of artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1-2 tsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅓ cup of chopped cashews
  • 1 cup cheese of preference
  1. Place frozen spinach, cream cheese, cheese and sour cream in sauce pan and start to heat on low heat.
  2. Drain and roughly chop or food process (this way is really fast) the artichokes.
  3. Add artichoke to saucepan and stir often.
  4. Sauté the onions in the butter until translucent, about 10 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.
  6. Stir in the cashews.
  7. Serve with cucumbers, baby carrots, sweet peppers, etc...
