Easy Beef, (Hidden) Liver and Onions

  1. First, saute your onions and mushrooms in half of the butter.
  2. In another pan cook up beef using the other half of the butter.
  3. Sneak in your cube or caps of liver into the beef while it is cooking. Click here for instructions on how to get your cube of liver.
  4. Add your herbs and spices. I like to use Adobo spice and lots of tumeric.
  5. Once the mushrooms and onions are done-just before caramelizing. Add them to the the meat mixture.
  6. Now add 1 cup of bone broth and let this simmer for about 15 minutes.
This makes a great crock pot meal too.
