Paleo Shrimp Stir Fry

  • Cooking fat; tallow, coconut oil or butter
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cut sweet pepper
  • herbs and spices of choice
  1. Saute the vegetables with your fat of choice until tender.
  2. Add in spices. I like to add more butter while cooking to give it a creamier texture.
  3. Then add shrimp, last 5 minutes of sauteing and stir well continuously.
  4. I love to make extra's for leftovers!
