Here's a summary of events …
Thanksgiving and that weekend: Hosted 15 family members On Thursday and soon after, felt achy, severe swollen, sore throat, run down, immune system under attack symptoms. I chalked the symptoms up to prepping for this day, working 14 hour days that week and the fact I was about to get my period in a few days, never thinking it was more than that, definitely not cv. I mean I went 2 whole years being around many CV positive people and never got it, so I kind of figured I had natural immunity by that time and had not been sick in over 8 years. That weekend I had intense chills, aches, pain and what felt like strep throat. My clothes touching my body hurt, laying down hurt, standing up hurt. I was so miserable, I couldn't even sleep. I started my period about 3 days early and it was intense. Basically I hemorrhaged for the next 9 days and all the associate endocrine symptoms, which not normal for me. At this point, I was taking my powerful immune combination supplement, thinking this was me just being run down and that it was the flu/bad cold. My downfall was not immediately starting treatment.
Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. I definitely had CV I lost 100% of my taste and smell, I started having chest pains and this is when my breathing issues started. Tight chest, and felt I couldn't get adequate oxygen. I didn't hit the FLCCC protocol hard (again, I thought I could beat this), I had HCQ on hand, but was nervous to take it, due to a previous anaphylaxis reaction to a previous medication and any potential side effect. My mistake. You hear of so many people having a sore throat, fatigue, loss of taste and smell and aches and pains for 5-10 days and that's it. I though I was in that camp. Wrong.
The week after Thanksgiving: All cv symptoms continued to enhance, but my breathing issues got exponentially worse. I was living on Antronex (natural decongestant) and Valerian Complex (nerves, anxiety), the anxiety was over the top. Low and behold, not only did I have CV that was NOT being treated, I also had bacterial pneumonia and didn't realize it.
First week of December: Increase in chest pain, breathing issues, wheezing and now gasping for air. December 3th-6th, I was hanging on by a thread. I knew it was CV at this time (didn't know it was also pneumonia), but only had HCQ on hand and had a terrible anaphylaxis shock symptom with a previous rx, so I was very gun shy, but, honestly, I was on the brink of death at this time, had no choice, since I refused to go to the hospital and I had to take the chance. I started with just 1, 200mg, 2day and it gave me some relief, but far from adequate breathing and lung relief. I had my second (and life changing) FLCCC appointment and this doctor, Dr. L, changed and saved my life. He prescribed 2, 200mg HCQ and 12 mg Iver. The increase to 800mg of HCQ was everything.
Second week of December: Continued to struggle with breathing and gasping for air horribly. I could not sleep at all due to fluid build up in my lungs. Every day was a struggle to get oxygen and clear the thick glue-like phlegm. NOTE: when I mention mucus or phlegm at all, I want to be clear that it felt just like rubber cement in my lungs. Not your typical phlegm or mucus, but rubber cement.
Third week of December: Continued wheezing and now had a full on rattle in my right lung. This is the week I recognized it was definitely also pneumonia. You have to realize many of these severe symptoms overlap and you don't hear much about CV pneumonia. My doctor prescribed 2 pneumonia antibiotics and a steroid. I began implementing the powerful pneumonia medications as well as the anti-parasitics. Even with these, I had better days and still had set backs, such as chest tightness, thick rubber cement phlegm in my lungs, and chest pain. I did start to get some relief on the first day of the pneumonia meds, but had backslides which made me extremely concerned that I wasn't going to make it over this hump, it had been about 25 days of terror so far. It wasn't until I completed the full 5-7 days of the medications, that I felt an extreme shift in my oxygen, lung capacity and breathing. Slowly, I the thick phlegm and fluid, very slowly started to shift around and dissipate.
Christmas Day miracle: Christmas eve was the first night in about 35 days that I slept, since there wasn't a pool of fluid filling my lungs! Thank you Jesus, I felt better (not even great) than I had in 35 days, I wasn't gasping for air for every breath.
Fourth week of December: I continued to feel better, but still with back slides each day, of chest tightness and feeling like I was breathing through a lugged straw, again which made me very concerned, thinking I might not beat this bioweapon, but I absolutely stayed with my around the clock therapies outlined below.
December 30, 2021: I had the worst chest pain, chest pressure and tingling and numbness in my arm. If anyone was in my body, they would say I was for sure having a heart attack. I slept from 10pm-11:30pm only to be awaken abruptly to intense chest pain and horrible chest pressure. Something told me this virus has attached to my heart and to implement heart glandulars and support. I did just that. I started taking Cardio Plus, cardiotrophin, Cataplex E2 and AF Betafood.
NYE miracle: I went to sleep and woke up December 31 and had no chest pain and many of my CV symptoms had lifted! The heart component was huge. Dr. Peter McCullough, Internist, Cardiologist, Epidemiologist, talks about how this virus colonizes in your brain and heart quickly. I know that was the case for me. I still have a long road of recovery, but I feel hopeful. I'm so blessed to have the skills, tools and tenacity to navigate through this.

Melissa's CV Protocol
FLCCC Alliance
Medications via my Front Line Covid 19 Critical Care Alliance Doctors:
- Ivermectin 12 mg 1xday, 1 day, then went to 18 mg 1xday (23 days)
- Hydroxychloroquine 200mg 2, 2xday (23 days)
- Dexamethasone 6Mg (7 days)
- Doxycycline 100mg (7 days)
- Azithromycin 500mg (5 days)
- Prescription Zinc
I want to make special mention that these medications saved my life. No debating this. I would not be here right now without them. It makes me sick that these safe, effective and LIFE SAVING prescription are being denied to the public and being demonized. Also, my FLCCC doctor, Dr. L went above and beyond his standard FLCCC duty. He gave me his personal cell number, texted me almost daily and continue monitoring my progress and reworked my prescriptions and customized them for me through the entire 38 day nightmare. What a blessing!
You can obtain these life saving medications from the FLCCC. It's a $90 phone appointment, then you can ask for the medications above, there will be additional fees for each medication.
To make an appointment with the Front Line Doctors to obtain your Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin (and more), for either prevention or acute situations, (I do recommend getting this lined up and on hand BEFORE you get sick), CLICK HERE., then click here to book your consultation. I recommend finding a local compounding pharmacy who can fill them, then picking them locally, it will save you a lot of money.
Supplements:
Each and every one of these were crucial in my survival and healing. I only listed what I took and I know helped me.
All supplements can be found in my Fullscript account, under my Melissa's CV Protocol. Those with an * are Cellcore and can be order via CC using my patient direct code
- Antronex. 11 every 2 hours around the clock. Lung/liver decongestant that works on viruses, bacteria and yeast. Great for MCAS. This was and is still my saving grace.
- Valerian Complex. 5 every 2 hours around the clock. When your ling air sacs fill up with rubber cement type mucus, you will not have adequate oxygen exchange, thus creating more anxiety.
- Vitamin C. Hands down Perfect Supplements Acerola powder saved me. I dissolved about 1 TBL in ice cold water along with powdered Calcium Lactate and kept a steady stream in my blood stream every 2 hours, around the clock, even at night. Sadly I ran out mid way, they were OOS, so I had to use an organic knock off from amazon and it was horrible. I've since learned my lesson and have stock piled this.
- Vitamin D 10,000 IUS daily
- Quercetin. 250mg 4x per day or if you have MCAS 500mg 3x per day
- Zinc. 50mg 2x per day

Therapies:
Neti Pot
Keep in mind that 85% of the viral load lives in your nose, sinuses + throat. The virus replicates in your nose, sinuses and throat every 12 hours. You have to target these areas to really help knock down the viral load there. The neti pot was my saving grace. Believe it or not, rinsing my sinuses, helped to break up the rubber cement down in my lungs. Rinse out sinuses every 2-3 hours or minimum of 4x per day. I used warm distilled water and the saline pack it comes with, you can also add 1 drop of HydrOxygen (CC). Click here to view the Neti pot.
Nebulizer for Lung Support
Nebulize 2-3 x day, consider using Mg Chloride, pure NAC, saline, Quinton Isotonic minerals, food grade hydrogen peroxide 3%, 1 drop 2% Lugosi iodine, or HydrOxygen (Cellcore). My Amazon favs including nebulizing items.
Nebulizers I personally use:
recommended by Dr. Klinghardt. Virtually silent and most powerful nebulizer on the market. $109
Sign up with them and get a $10 off coupon code. $22
Castor Oil Packs
Once I was feeling stronger and not so reactive, I added theses for liver/gb, colon support. The anti-biotics, steroid and 2 anti-parasitics were helping me fight this, but on the other hand were really messing up my colon, I had a ton of left side pinching, the castor oil packs gave me great relief. Click here to view my organic castor oil packs.
These were very helpful for me: Helichrysum, Frankincense, Breathe Again, Pine, Raven, Peppermint. The Thieves cough drops were amazing for helping with chest congestions as well as the Thieves chest rub. These are the oils I use and love. I also used my Thieves household cleaner along with ozone to clean the house and naturally disinfect.
Red light
I used my RL panel daily over my lungs front and back, it helped with healing, pain and inflammation significantly. Click here to view my Red light panel.
Thermometer
To check your temp often. Thermometers.
Humidifier
I have this one and love it. You can add essential oils to it too, these are the incredible oils I use and love.
Humidity gauge
Ideally you want your bedroom between 35-45% humidity. I have these.
Oxygen Saturation with an O2 Meter
Track your oxygenation levels with this meter. You want to see 95% or higher for optimal oxygenation levels in the blood. Per FLCCC, if saturation is below 88% go to the ER. Pulse Ox O2 meters. During my worst days/weeks, I was testing this almost hourly.
Hydration
Consume ½ your body weight in ounces of RO or distilled water each day with added minerals and Vit C. You want your cells to be deeply hydrated to fight this virus.
Ozone
I used ozonated water in my enemas and mouth gargles. And to clean the house.
Ozone is a gas, it's basically activated oxygen, instead of O2, it's O3, it has 3 atoms. With 3 molecule atoms it makes it unstable, so it wants to donate that 3rd oxygen atom, that process is called oxidation.
Pathogens, like mold, mycotoxins, biofilm, bacteria, v*ruses, parasites, etc. don't have any threshold to oxidation, so that's good for us, where our RBC/ organs and tissues do, (they have protective mechanisms against oxidative stress or ozone so it isn't negatively affected.) Ozone also increases oxygen utilization, allowing blood and O2 to get to the tissues it needs those items the most, decreases inflammation & works on a couple different inflammatory pathways. It optimizes energy and supports mitochondria; the energy circuit breaker to the body.
Enemas
I want to mention that these are so critically important to avoid stagnation which breeds pathogen. Enemas were especially important since I was taking 2 prescriptions anti-parasitics (need to move the dead parasite bodies out), however, during my sickest weeks, these were extremely hard to perform. Any movement or laying down, created very high blood pressure for me and re-activated my cv symptoms. I had to stand while retaining and I could only implement chamomile tea enemas since they are calming. Once I started feeling stronger, I got right back to my coffee enemas and slowly started adding back my powerful oxygenating nutrients such as ozone, H2o2, binders, enzymes for mucus, probiotics, etc… My step by step enema guide is here.
Nose breathing
Because of how congested I was from the cv and pneumonia, I was breathing through my mouth, especially at night and it created a whole host of issues such as extra dry mouth, extra dry throat, teeth pain, etc… Do what you can to breathe through your nose.
Massage & stretching
This was very helpful for me. Due to the intense stress, my muscles were absolute knots. I rolled on my yoga wheel and foam roller daily, it also helped to open up my intercostal muscles, around my lungs to give me some relief. I stretched daily, especially lung/back movements, this was valuable.
Walking/nature/sunshine
I was forced to go outside daily to exercise my dog Tuck, which of course was a blessing. Fresh air, nature, sunshine helped me heal, keep me spirits high and greatly helped get me through.
Cold fresh air
This was another saving grace for me. I needed icy cold air, it's what helped to expand my lungs a bit. Anything hot, hot air, hot temperatures, contracted my lungs. I stepped outside just to breathe icy cold air often.
House Temp
Pre CV, I was a 72 degree home kind of gal, I was cold all the time. Those temperatures made me miserable during this, I kept my house around 66 the entire time, this helped me breathe better.
AirDoctor
I had all 3 of my powerful air purifiers running 24/7. Not only did it clean the air of viruses, bacteria, mold, dust dust mites, pollen, VOC's, etc.., but it gave me peace of mind of having cooler clean air pushed by my face and body. Click here for AirDoctor air purifiers.
Mouth gargle
Keep in mind that 85% of the viral load lives in your nose, sinuses + throat. The virus replicates in your nose, sinuses and throat every 12 hours. You have to target these areas to really help knock down the viral load there.
Gargle 3x daily with mouthwash that contains ozone or food grade H2O2.
Ice cubes
Sounds odd, but having fresh RO ice in my water with dissolved Vitamin C and Calcium Lactate, gave me life. The icy cold helped to break down the rubber cement.
Mindful breathing
Taking slow, calm deep breaths helped me to get through this tough time. My anxiety due to lack of oxygen was extremely high. Mindset and calm is everything.
Sauna
I want to mention that I could not do sauna. Anything hot, made my lungs tightened and hampered my breathing even more due to the pneumonia. The shower was a very scary experience for me too. My lungs would totally tighten up, so I only showered maybe once a week and had the windows wide open, fans on.
BioScan
I'm fortunate to have my own bioscan machine here. Homeopathy is safe, gently, effective, it supports health on all levels and helps to optimize cells, glands, tissues and organs uses the path of least resistance, naturally to make positive changes permanently. I was testing and balancing myself as much as possible when I was able to move and breathe. I was testing for significant germ warfare, organ weakness, stealth viruses, mycoplasma pneumonia, retroviruses, including DELTA, walking pneumonia, needing ozone, heart, liver and circulation support. I then was programming my water and body with the frequencies that strengthened.
Extra Tips:
-Be sure to get up and walk around multiple times per day to not allow mucus to get stagnant in your chest. Do not lay down all day. I did not lay down for about 3 weeks, due to the fluid build up, I sat on the couch and in bed in an upright position.
-Keep a focus on properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole-foods
-Avoid dairy, vegetable oils, gluten, soy, + other inflammatory foods
-Avoid sugar as blood sugar irregularities can cause increased issues
-Meditation, brain retraining, positive affirmations, mindset work, 528 hertz music
–Epsom or Magnesium Salt Baths if you can tolerate the heat
–Magnesium lotion and oil slathered on skin for calming
-Sleep as much as your body is asking you to, but keep an eye of increased fluid on your lungs
-20 minutes of unfiltered sunshine each day Red light therapy is great too or in place if you don't get much sunshine where you're at
Questions I'm Sure You Have For Me
How does a Naturopath get CV and get SO sick?
Because number one, this is not a virus, this is a bioweapon and it affects everyone differently. Some people get a sore throat, chills and loss of taste/smell for 5-10 days, wonderful! But for many it devours them. I was one of those. I believe I was chosen by Him to take the challenge, experience the suffering, gain the knowledge and wisdom and share that with others. My big mistake was I did not start treatment and the correct comprehensive treatment immediately. Please learn from my mistake, the first 48 hours are most crucial. The first 48 folks.
How does this happen to a “healthy” person?
Because I'm human too. I grew up around mold. I had reoccurring and chronic lung, respiratory, flu's, pneumonia and bronchitis episodes my whole life, so my lungs are definitely my weak organ and I'm very vulnerable. If I had not been prepping my body for the last 15 years the way I have, I would NOT have survived this. I can see how this can easily take some people out, easily.
Is it a waste of time/money then, to take preventative measures?
Absolutely not! No matter what, your body runs off nutrients, as in survival and thriving – a must. You still need adequate, if not optimized levels of A, C, D, zinc, potassium, magnesium, healthy gut bacteria, healthy liver, healthy kidneys, healthy lungs, the list goes on.
Why didn't you start treatment right away?
I chalked it up to being run down and over stressed and PMS symptoms, I did not think it was cv. And also thought I could kick whatever I had (simple cold/flu) with a comprehensive immune product and all my other daily intense therapies I implement, not knowing what was really going on behind the scenes. Once I finally started, the virus had weeks to replicate and colonize in my lungs, heart, liver, lymph nodes, etc…
How were you able to implement around the clock therapies?
Thank God, that was my blessing from day to day. My whole house was a naturopathic CV ICU triage unit. I already had most of the needed items, equipment, supplements and set up, and what I didn't have, I just ordered. I made my rehabilitation and around the clock therapies my primary focus minute by minute. I didn't sleep due to fluid build up and gasping for air for the first 30+ days, so I had a calendar and wrote down times, symptoms and what I took, so I could keep tract, since the lack of oxygen created major confusion.
What did you eat during this time?
Not a lot. The first 2 weeks, I had ZERO appetite, was very nauseous and I had to force feed myself not to go into blood sugar spins daily. Low blood sugar made my anxiety ten times worse, so I had to monitor that closely. The only things that sounded good were broth and comfort foods such as bread/butter and soup and homemade BLT's with lots of avocado. A wonderful friend made me 4 loaves of from scratch bread and homemade chicken soup. That gave me life! Eventually I was able to get the strength to make my own soups and lived on soup, broth, sausage, BLT's, hummus and homemade bread/toast and butter, not ideal, but the only things I could eat.
What were your blood O2 readings during this?
Surprisingly, they were reading 96-99 the entire time. I was testing almost hourly in my darkest days, because I thought for sure I was going to need medical assistance. That didn't mean I wasn't gasping for air, because I absolutely was. It just means there wasn't organ damage due to low O2 saturation.
Do you think this is a bioweapon?
Unequivocally yes, without a doubt. The phlegm in my lungs was equivalent to rubber cement and it was not letting up, even with powerful medications, it was holding tight. It felt like I had a boa constrictor wrapping around my chest. And the emotional challenges …
What were your emotional/psychological challenges during this?
This is a heavy and deep subject for me. Still very raw. There is a psychological dark, trapped in a dying body, but yet somehow barely alive, but you're not going to survive, heavy feeling that takes over when you're in the darkest days of this bioweapon and it's consuming you. The heaviest of doom, dread, death that could ever overcome your mind, body and spirit. I cannot even describe how dark, satanic and demonic it is.
Did you have help during this whole nightmare?
Great question. You really know the strength of relationships when you, someone who never ever asks for help, is fighting for their life, and needs it, even just encouragement and checking in to see how you're doing. A lot of light shed here. I had a few amazing friends who got my groceries, my prescriptions, brought me food, checked in on me daily, which was not only crucial, but very appreciated since I was in full isolation and in bad shape for over a month. I do live alone and out in the middle of the woods, so I so grateful for my friends who stood close by me. I still cannot drive or even walk down to my mailbox. So I needed the help immensely.
It sounds like a terrifying experience, how can I avoid this from ever happening to me?
Prevention at home, having treatments in place and ready at home, being prepared now and knowing what to do in the first few hours of symptoms at home. I cannot stress this enough. This infuriates me that the “officials” are not speaking one word about the importance of at home treatment and are actually suppressing this critical information. It's total negligence and a crime!
Friends, I know you may not want to hear this (the truth), but this bioweapon was put in place on purpose, and it's not going anywhere anytime soon. They will continue to come up with new variants, new jabs, new boosters, new lock downs, new, new, new. The best approach is to be SELF -SUFFICENT in this new year and moving forward. SELF-SUFFICENT. Do you see what I did with this horrifying experience? I became the best doctor in my own body. I completely treated myself at home and lived to tell about it. It was touch and go many days and weeks, but I did it. Was in a ton of effort, time, and work?! H-E-L-L YES, but what was my alternative. They are banking on you NOT being self-sufficient. Of any time in history, NOW is the time to take control of your own health, you have the power.
Where I'm at Currently
As of this article, January 2, 2022, I'm still very much in recovery, I have a long road, but I'll get there, no doubt. I still can't walk down to my mailbox (650 foot long drive) and still cannot drive. I'm slowly working on my lung function and cardiovascular support, since I was down for about 38 days, it's like learning to walk again. I get winded talking for more than 10 min or so. Small hikes around my property, deep breathing exercises, stair exercises, lifting light weights, small amount of rebounding (30-60 seconds), medicine ball, etc… and slowly challenging myself without overdoing it.
I'm still full steam with the supplements listed above and they are helping tremendously with my rebuilding and repair. My symptoms are slowly dissipating, however, I still have breathing episodes where out of the blue, my chest tightens up and it's hard to get oxygen, but what I've learned is that it's the mucus pooling up in my chest and needing to go be cleared and go somewhere. So I stay calm, take deep slow breaths, take 11 Antronex, take one of my additional liver supports (Livton or KL), start clearing my throat/lungs, chug a full glass of icy cold Vitamin C and Calcium Lactate water, check my blood O2 levels, move around to get the lymph flowing and I recover in a few minutes. I know those episodes will continue to lessen or time as I heal. Enemas, RL, lymphatic movement and nasal rinses are a must to keep good flow in my system and stave off stagnation.
Most Important Take-Aways
- Be prepared, start now. The longer you wait, the less chance you will have to beat this and greater chance for it to become bad.
- Learn from my mistakes
- I really learned to slow down. I'm normally in 5th gear from the moment I wake up until I crash in bed at night. There are days now when I get 1 thing accomplished and rest the rest of the day and that is okay.
- You can instinctively navigate this on your own with some valuable tools and resources
- Read, research and hear true testimonials of what worked and what didn't work for others and find what resonates with you
- Have supplements and medications and tools on hand now, because when it strikes, out of the blue, days 1-5 are most critical. You won't have time to attempt to order supplies, this doesn't creep in, it hits hard and fast, get ready now.
- Recovery is about creating flow in the body. Rinsing the body; tissues, cells, glands and organs from the top down to the bottom. Lots of nasal rinses and enemas, lots of remineralization and glandulars, movement. Anything to avoid stagnation is crucial.
- Know that there are NO valuable at home treatments being discussed from your mainstream doctors, on mainstream media or by the “officials”. This here, this IS the at home guide and protocol. The officials merely give you useless advice, tell you to mask up and get the jab and all the never-ending boosters. Hopefully you know that is not prevention, does not repair, rebuild or optimize your immune system and is not healthful.
- Two incredible podcasts to help get you dialed in.
- Dr. Peter McCullough, Internist, Cardiologist, Epidemiologist on the Joe Rogan podcast. Dr. Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH, is a board-certified cardiologist who has testified before committees of the US and Texas Senate regarding the treatment of COVID-19 and management of the ongoing pandemic.
- Dr. Robert Malone is the inventor of the nine original mRNA vaccine patents, which were originally filed in 1989 (including both the idea of mRNA vaccines and the original proof of principle experiments) and RNA transfection. Dr. Malone, has close to 100 peer-reviewed publications which have been cited over 12,000 times. Since January 2020, Dr. Malone has been leading a large team focused on clinical research design, drug development, computer modeling and mechanisms of action of repurposed drugs for the treatment of COVID-19. He discusses the spike protein and the shedding/transmission of the jabs to others.
NOTE: this is not specific medical advice. This was my journey and what helped me to survive.
