
- ½ cup of kale
- ⅓ cup of roasted red peppers
- ½ cup of fresh or dried herbs
- ½ cup of feta cheese
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 t coconut oil
- Cook up chicken breast using coconut oil (grill or pan)
- Using food processor, blend remaining ingredients well about 1-2 minutes (refer to picture for texture)
- Scoop the blended mixture onto the already cooked chicken for about 5 minutes while in the pan on med-low heat
- Serve and enjoy!
