- ½ cup pumpkin, sunflower or squash seeds (how to bake seeds)
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 T coconut oil
- ⅓ cup raw pecans
- ½ banana, mashed
- ½ large apple, cored and peeled
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- ½ tsp maca powder
- Pulse seeds, pecans, maca and coconut flakes in food processor.
- Remove and place in a small bowl.
- Using same food processor bowl, blend banana, apple, coconut oil and dates until smooth.
- Add pulsed seeds and all remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix quickly with food processor before shaping mixture into small bars.
- Store in fridge for optimal hold of shape.
