
- Cooking fat; tallow, coconut oil or butter
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cut sweet pepper
- herbs and spices of choice
- Saute the vegetables with your fat of choice until tender.
- Add in spices. I like to add more butter while cooking to give it a creamier texture.
- Then add shrimp, last 5 minutes of sauteing and stir well continuously.
- I love to make extra's for leftovers!
