
I love a good homemade turkey burger! Here is my delicious and easy recipe. AND it's kid-approved!
- 1 pound pastured turkey
- 1 handful kale chopped
- 1 handful basil chopped
- ½ tsp seasoning salt
- ½ tsp adobo seasoning
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp real salt
- 3-4 slices of raw cheddar
- Mix ingredients (except cheese) well in a bowl.
- Form into 3-4 patty's.
- Cook thoroughly, I like mine browned on the edges.
- Add slices of cheese when burgers are done. Let cheese melt on top of burgers for a minute before serving.
- Enjoy!

I like eating kale. I never thought about putting it in my burger. Good idea.
