
- 1 head of cabbage chopped well
- 2 cups of chopped celery
- 2 cups shredded beets
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 diced apples
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup paleo mayo
- spices and salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl and serve.
- I add additional spices and salt and pepper to taste.
