
- ¾ stick butter
- 2.5-3 lbs ground beef
- 2 red onions cut
- 2 c mushrooms sliced
- 1 c (bone) broth
- 1-2 cubes of liver or 2 opened capsules of grassfed beef liver
- Herbs and spices (Use liberally)
- First, saute your onions and mushrooms in half of the butter.
- In another pan cook up beef using the other half of the butter.
- Sneak in your cube or caps of liver into the beef while it is cooking. Click here for instructions on how to get your cube of liver.
- Add your herbs and spices. I like to use Adobo spice and lots of tumeric.
- Once the mushrooms and onions are done-just before caramelizing. Add them to the the meat mixture.
- Now add 1 cup of bone broth and let this simmer for about 15 minutes.
