
- ½ cup coconut milk (This one is BPA and preservative free)
- 2 raw egg yolks (grass fed if possible)
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp raw cocao powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
- Blend all ingredients using a food processor or blender.
- Enjoy!
