
- ½ can of coconut milk. (This one is BPA and preservative free)
- 2 raw egg yolks (grass fed if possible)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
- Blend all ingredients (I love using my food processor, but a blender works fine)
- Enjoy!
