
These ingredients help to clean up pathogenic yeast and bacteria in the gut and also help to absorb and pull matter through the digestive tract. The ingredients help with inflammation, constipation, gas, bloating, it also contain both types of beneficial fiber to create a sweeping effect and the spirulina acts as “scrubbing bubbles” for the inside of the digestive tract. This smoothie also helps to open up the liver and gallbladder channels as well. Depending on how deep of a cleanse, will determine how often to drink this smoothie. Deeper cleansing = everyday, prevention and maintenance = 2-3 times per week.
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup kale
- ½ cup of cubed beets
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp fennel
- 1 tsp corriander
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- water
- ice
- Throw all ingredients in the blender. A higher power blender works best.
- Blend well then drink.
- Anything you don't drink, just store in the fridge and reblend and drink within 24 hours.

I would drink once a day, not a meal replacement, but you can eat lighter.
Are hemp seeds vital or can it be omitted? also wondering if the herbs/spices listed fresh or ground form
Hemp seeds can be omitted. I actually make many versions of this depending on what I have on hand. Spices can be either fresh or ground – fresh is always best though.
